If you feeling like talking to somebody in the upcoming weeks you are very welcome to contact us or any other member of the welfare team. 3. King Edward Street Medical Practice
The Oxford Nightline and University Counselling service will be closed after 9th week but you can contact the college’s GP in King Edward street if you need help during the Christmas holidays (King Edward Street Medical practice: 9 King Edward Street, tel. 01865242657). The practice is closed during the Christmas days and New Year’s but remains open throughout the rest of Christmas week. Please find more details on the opening hours and contact details here: http://kingedwardstreetsurgery.co.uk/opening-times.aspx
4. Recipe collection for welfare tea cakes
Thank you so much to everybody who backed cake for the welfare tea this term. I am currently putting together a collection of all the cakes and creations made for Welfare tea. If you would like to share your cake recipe with the MCR send the recipe to me and I will put something together. Pictures would be cool but are not at all necessary :)
And finally have a look on the largest floating Christmas tree worldwide: https://c2.staticflickr.com/8/7561/15312226034_12c2106c9d_b.jpg
There is not quite snow outside but there are rumours about ice on the Isis. In this winterly time of year we would like to wish you a wonderful Oxmas,
Rose and Jochen
P.S.: treat yourself to something delicious and quick: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/gnocchi-mushrooms-blue-cheese This is my absolute favourite this week.
