This is a 16+ event and there will be an alcoholic bar. PLUS FOR THE FIRST 150 WHO COME THERE WILL BE A FREE PLUSH Q JUMP WRISTBAND!' 4. And Finally... Flag update! As some of you noticed and emailed me about, the rainbow pride flag did not appear abover Lincoln on the 1st of February as it should have done. Last year Lincoln was (to my knowledge) one of the only colleges that did not fly the pride flag for the majority or entirety of February, as it had a bylaw that stated alternative flags can only be flown one day out of the year. The JCR has made it its mission to ensure that this didn't happen again, and hounded college to change the bylaw. I've largely stayed out of this, but when it was brought to my attention that after all this the flag did not go up after all, I went down to the lodge to investigate. The porter informed me that college does not have a pride flag and all alternative flags need to be supplied by the party asking for it to raised. I then went back to work and ordered a flag and emailed Joe, who informed me that (I'm assuming due to Lord Crewe) the college flag had the be flying over the weekend and Monday so the soonest we could fly the pride flag was today. So, sure enough I went down this morning (well, as early as I wake up, which is still technically morning) and gave the lodge the pride flag I had ordered which should be up imminently if not already! I'll work with the JCR and Joe to make sure Lincoln isn't the only college on Turl St. not flying the pride flag for the first week of Feb in the future. No promises that we'll be able to match Wadham's excessive display, though.
