Interviews will be held in College in shortly thereafter, and should last no longer than 20 minutes each. What is the aim of the Telethon? The Telethon raises money towards Lincoln’s Annual Fund, which provides invaluable support to a variety of JCR and MCR projects every year. What does a caller do? As a Telethon caller, you will have the opportunity to speak to generations of Lincoln alumni whilst supporting the College, and be paid to do it. Who are we looking for? You must be available for the entirety of the Telethon, which runs from Saturday 15 September – Sunday 30 September (including training). We are looking for Lincolnites with excellent communication skills who can talk confidently to a range of people over the telephone. The Telethon is a unique opportunity for you to strengthen your negotiation skills, boost your CV, and update alumni on news and developments in College.
